• Enjoy the city from the water by canoe on Hamburg's canals and the Alster lake.
• Soak up the sun on the Elbe beach and watch the bustling activity in the Port of Hamburg and on the Elbe River while enjoying a cool drink.
• Walk or cycle under the Elbe through the old Elbe Tunnel from the Landungsbrücken piers.
• Party on the Reeperbahn, not just at 12:30 a.m.
• Explore the world's largest model railway in Hamburg's Speicherstadt (warehouse district).
• Sunbathe on the largest barbecue area in the Stadtpark (city park) and cool off in the Stadtparksee (city park lake).
• Listen to music in the Elbphilharmonie (Elphi), or (if you have too much money) live there.
• In winter, skate on Europe's largest ice rink in Planten un Blomen park.
• Eat at the Hamburger Dom (funfair) three times a year without gaining weight (eat first, then ride the roller coaster or similar attractions).
