Not sure which TYPO3 version you have and whether there is an update available for it?
If you want to find out whether there is a more recent version available for your TYPO3 system or whether there is even a security update, you can check whether action is required in the TYPO3 backend with just a few clicks.
To find out more...
- Log in to your TYPO3 system as an administrator
- You will find the current TYPO3 version at the top (black bar) to the left of the (TYPO3) logo.
- Under “System / Reports ⇒ Status Report,” you will find some information about your TYPO3 system.
Among other things, you will - see the currently installed TYPO3 version again,
- and, if applicable, whether the update for this version has been completed.
- If your system is not up to date, you will be informed here that there is a newer TYPO3 version available. In the worst case, there are no more updates for the version you are using.
