During conversations with customers, I have often heard how the website creator left them out in the cold, or how the system was set up in such a programmer-oriented way that it was sometimes impossible for the customer to maintain it. This is not how TYPO3 support should be. I continue to provide my customers with advice and support even after the website has been created. I can even help you if you want to switch from TYPO3 to WordPress or vice versa. I can offer you TYPO3 support by email, phone, or even with remote maintenance software like Teamviewer or Skype. • Do you or your editors have questions about how to use your TYPO3 system?
  Then I am happy to assist you, either by email or phone.
• Is support for your TYPO3 version being discontinued?
  Then I would like to point out that a release change is necessary.
• If desired—as I do for some customers — I can also maintain content.
